**CWC Recruitment 2026** is open for 327 posts of Assistant Manager and Junior Executive.
The Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Government of India enterprise, released
Advertisement No. CWC/I-Manpower/DR/Rectt/2026/01 on 17 October 2026. Online forms
are accepted from 17 October to 15 November 2026. Graduates, postgraduates, engineers
and B.Sc candidates can apply. This guide covers dates, fees, age limit, post-wise

## CWC Recruitment 2026 Important Dates

## Application Fee

The fee includes intimation charges and GST. Moreover, it is payable online only
and is not refundable.

You may apply for more than one post. However, you must pay the fee separately for
each post.

## Age Limit (as on 15 November 2026)

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is 28 years for all eight posts. In 
other words, you should be born between 16 November 1998 and 15 November 2008 (both
dates included).

CWC calls these vacancies tentative, so the numbers may change. For the SC, ST, 
OBC, EWS, UR, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen split of each post, check the table in the 
official advertisement.

## Educational Qualification

You must hold the qualification on 15 November 2026. Final-year or final-semester
students cannot apply.

 * **Assistant Manager (General):** two-year postgraduate degree or PG diploma in
   any discipline.
 * **Assistant Manager (Technical):** B.Tech/B.E. in Agriculture, Food Technology,
   Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
 * **Assistant Manager (Finance):** commerce graduate with three years of post-qualification
   experience in finance and accounts, or any graduate with CA Inter or CMA Inter.
   Articleship does not count as experience.
 * **Assistant Manager (Engineering):** B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical (or Electrical
   and Electronics) or Mechanical Engineering, as per the stream.
 * **Junior Executive (General):** graduate in any discipline with working knowledge
   of computers and MS Office.
 * **Junior Executive (Technical):** B.Sc in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology,
   Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with working knowledge
   of computers.

## Selection Process

 1. **Assistant Manager posts:** online test, then document verification and interview
    at Delhi.
 2. **Junior Executive posts:** online test, then document verification at the Corporate
    Office, Delhi.

For Assistant Manager posts, CWC shortlists candidates in a 1:5 ratio. The final
merit gives 85% weight to the online exam and 15% to the 30-mark interview. For 
Junior Executive posts, the shortlisting ratio is 1:3.

### CWC Exam Pattern 2026

Every paper has 202 questions for 230 marks in 3 hours. This includes a 30-mark 
descriptive test (2 questions in English, 30 minutes). One-fourth of a question’s
marks is deducted for each wrong answer.

In addition, the professional or subject section and the descriptive test have minimum
marks: 40% for UR and 35% for other categories.

## Salary and Service Bond

Assistant Managers join in the IDA scale of Rs 40,000–1,40,000 (E-1). Junior Executives
join in Rs 29,000–93,000 (S-V). At joining, Assistant Managers sign a Rs 1,00,000
bond and Junior Executives a Rs 50,000 bond to serve at least two years. Postings
can be anywhere in India.

## How to Apply for CWC Recruitment 2026

 1. First, open the CWC official website and go to “Career @CWC (Direct Recruitment)-
    2026”.
 2. Next, click the apply online link for Advertisement 2026/01.
 3. Then register with your name, mobile number and email. Note the provisional registration
    number and password.
 4. After that, upload your photo (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm), signature in black ink, left thumb
    impression and handwritten declaration.
 5. Now fill in the form and check every entry in the Preview tab.
 6. Finally, pay the fee online, submit the form and print it for your records. Do 
    not post it to CWC.
