Therefore, keep your admit card ready before you start. 1. First, open the official website [upsc.gov.in](https://www.upsc.gov.in/). 2. Next, go to the What’s New or Examination section. 3. Then click the written result link for Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2026. 4. The PDF will open. Press Ctrl + F and search for your roll number. 5. Finally, download the PDF and keep a printout for your records. If your roll number is in the list, you have cleared the written stage. However, your candidature is still provisional at this point. ## What to Do After the CDS 2 Result 2026 ### 1. Register on the recruiting website (Army first choice) Candidates whose first choice is the Army (IMA or OTA) must register on [joinindianarmy.nic.in](https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/). However, UPSC says that candidates who have already registered there should not register again. ### 2. Wait for the SSB interview call The SSB of the Ministry of Defence will interview the qualified candidates. For SSB dates and centres, check the service websites: joinindianarmy.nic.in, joinindiannavy. gov.in and careerindianairforce.cdac.in. Also, inform the service headquarters directly if your address changes. ### 3. Keep your original certificates ready You must submit original certificates of date of birth, educational qualification, NCC (C) and other claims. These go to the Ministry of Defence or service entry sections, not to UPSC. In fact, UPSC clearly says candidates must not send original certificates to the Commission. If you miss the deadline, your candidature will be cancelled. ## CDS 2 Result 2026 Marks and Cut-off UPSC will not release marks right now. Instead, marks sheets will appear on upsconline. nic.in within 15 days after the final result of the OTA course. They will then stay online for 30 days.
